Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a turnover combined type section steel column hoop device and application thereof. The device comprises a column hoop, an angle bolt, a steel wedge, an AB type connecting plate and an EF type connecting plate. The bolt holes of the AB type connecting plate or the EF type connecting plate are connected with the bolt holes of the corner bolt adapter in a matched and bolted mode. The bolt hole end of the EF-type connecting plate is arranged in the butt joint gap of the bolt hole end of the column hoop, and the EF-type connecting plate is matched with a bolt for connection after the bolt holes are aligned; the wedge-caulking groove hole ends of the AB type connecting plates are arranged in the butt joint gaps of the wedge-caulking groove hole ends of the column hoops, and the wedge-caulking groove holes are aligned and matched with steel wedges to be fastened.
