Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation method of 6N ultrapure nickel. The method comprises the following steps: filling a purified nickel nitrate solution serving as electrolyte into an electrolytic bath; then, an anode plate and a titanium plate which are made of nickel raw materials serve as cathode plates to be arranged in the electrolytic bath, and meanwhile, an ion diaphragm bag is additionally arranged on the anode plate; and an electrolytic reaction is started, direct-current electrolysis is carried out, and the 6N ultra-pure nickel can be obtained on the negative plate. The method is low in cost and environmentally friendly, and impurities in the electrolyte can be effectively removed. 本发明涉及一种6N超纯镍的制备方法,该方法是指将净化后的硝酸镍溶液作为电解液装入电解槽中;然后将镍原料制成的阳极板、钛板作为阴极板分别装入电解槽中,同时在阳极板上加装离子隔膜袋;启动电解反应,进行直流电解,即可在阴极板上获得6N超纯镍。本发明成本较低且环保,可以有效地除去电解液中的杂质。
