Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a slow-release foaming light geopolymer material, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 40 to 50 parts of coal ash, 5 to 10 parts of mineral powder, 55 to 60 parts of modified silica gel pottery sand, 15 to 20 parts of exciting agents and 10 to 15 parts of water. The modified silica gel pottery sand is prepared by the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing 50-55 parts of pottery sand and 1-3 parts of a silica gel aqueous solution, airing at normal temperature, and drying in a drying oven, so that silica gel is uniformly distributed on the pottery sand; adding 0.1-0.5 part of hydrogen peroxide into the obtained silica gel pottery sand, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain modified silica gel pottery sand; the foaming agent is pre-adsorbed, bubbles are controlled while no organic surfactant is added, the operability and mechanical property of the light geopolymer foaming material are improved, the method is a novel design thought for controll |
