A first fixed magnetic ring, a second fixed magnetic ring, a second pair of fixed magnetic blocks, a first movable magnetic linkage assembly and a second movable magnetic linkage assembly are arranged in a shell type adapter of the composite vibration control device, and the movable magnetic linkage assemblies are arranged between the bottom face of the shell type adapter and the fixed magnetic rings.
