An existing nuclear graphite processing mode generally adopts a cutting mode, damage of processing to the surface of a sample is not considered, so that residual stress on the surface of the sample is large, especially for the nuclear graphite sample, generally, the in-pile size is small, and the damage generated by the processing mode can cause certain influence on a strain result generated by actual irradiation.
