According to a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a storage device including: a capacitor configured to be charged; a charging circuit configured to charge the capacitor; a transmission device coupled between the charging circuit and the capacitor; a control circuit configured to control the conveying device; and a photosensitive diode coupled between the control circuit and the transfer device such that an input voltage provided by the control circuit to the transfer device is reduced if the storage device is exposed to light.
