Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a dark field droplet image recognition method and device for nucleic acid molecules, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a dark field microdroplet image, and extracting a foreground mark, a background mark and a gradient magnitude of the image from the dark field microdroplet image; superposing the foreground mark, the background mark and the gradient magnitude of the image to obtain a gradient magnitude image; and performing segmentation according to the gradient magnitude image to obtain an image of each droplet in the dark field droplet image. By adopting the method, the accuracy of identifying the dark field microdroplet can be improved.
