The method comprises the following steps: 1, constructing an urban network according to real-time road condition information; 2, converting the weight of a road section, and introducing the upper bound of the shortest distance under the new network; 3, estimating ambiguity alpha by the shortest distance; 4, quickly obtaining an upper bound through a single-queue mixed label correction method; and 5, obtaining a shortest path from the starting point to the ending point by using the upper bound through the label correction method.
