Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a surface feature morphology-based assembly characteristic simulation analysis method, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out digital modeling on the machining surface morphology of each part, superposing a system error and a random error on the digital part surface morphology, and meeting a design tolerance zone; constructing a three-dimensional assembly model, and sewing the surface topography of the part with the error and the surface topography of the part without the error; constructing an assembly key characteristic and manufacturing cost model of the three-dimensional assembly model; performing simulation analysis on the three-dimensional assembly models to obtain a plurality of three-dimensional assembly models meeting design requirements and surface topographies and tolerance values of parts of the three-dimensional assembly models; and on the basis of the simulation analysis result, the part tolerance is optimized, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
