Projection device and manufacturing method thereof

A projection device comprises an invisible light source, a light valve, a projection lens, a fluorescence excitation layer and an invisible light reflecting layer. The invisible light source comprises a chip and a packaging body, the light valve is arranged on the downstream of a light path of the invisible light source, the projection lens is arranged on the downstream of a light path of the light valve, and the fluorescence excitation layer is arranged on the downstream of a light path of the projection lens. The invisible light reflecting layer is arranged on the downstream of the light path of the fluorescence excitation layer, and the fluorescence excitation layer is arranged on the downstream of the reflection light path of the invisible light reflecting layer.
