The invention relates to the technical field of analysis of geologic bodies by means of physical and chemical properties of the geologic bodies, in particular to a method for analyzing minerals in rock, which comprises the following steps: collecting a rock sample; preparing the rock sample into a light-transmitting sheet sample, a blocky sample and a probe sheet sample; performing morphological analysis on minerals in the light-transmitting sheet sample by means of a microscope; carrying out scanning analysis on minerals in the light-transmitting sheet sample and the block-shaped sample by virtue of a scanning electron microscope; carrying out component analysis on minerals in the probe piece sample by virtue of an electronic probe; and determining the type of the mineral in the rock sample, and determining the type of the mineral in the rock sample based on one or more of the results of the morphological analysis, the scanning analysis and the component analysis.
