The invention discloses an anti-sloughing drainage system for geological engineering tunnel construction. The anti-sloughing drainage system comprises a terminal water pump and a terminal water collecting unit. The tail end water collecting unit comprises a unit group formed by connecting a plurality of groups of tail end units in series, and a terminal water pump is arranged at the tail end of the unit group; the tail end unit comprises a tee joint and a water drawing inner pipe which is vertically arranged and connected to a bottom connector of the tee joint in series, and an opening is formed in the bottom of the water drawing inner pipe; the water drawing inner pipe is sleeved with a supporting outer pipe, the bottom of the supporting outer pipe is closed, and a through hole communicating the inside and the outside is formed in the side wall of the supporting outer pipe. A liquid level sensor used for monitoring the water level is arranged in an inner cavity of the supporting outer pipe. According to the
