Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing a single-layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheet, which mainly comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution of an organic solvent and ammonium molybdate, pretreating the mixed solution of the organic solvent and the ammonium molybdate by adopting a double-temperature-zone chemical vapor deposition system so as to separate out ammonium molybdate and uniformly distribute the ammonium molybdate on the surface of a substrate, and after the pretreatment is finished, drying to obtain the single-layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheet. And preparing the single-layer molybdenum disulfide nanosheet on the surface of the substrate by adopting a chemical vapor deposition process.
