The automatic tightening device comprises a positioning disc capable of positioning the initial position of a casing, an X-axis guide rail, a Y-axis guide rail and a Z-axis guide rail, wherein the X-axis guide rail, the Y-axis guide rail and the Z-axis guide rail are perpendicular to one another and can move in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction. An X-direction moving device is arranged on the X-axis guide rail and connected with the Z-axis guide rail, and a longitudinal moving device perpendicular to the moving direction of the X-direction moving device is arranged on the Z-axis guide rail and connected with the Y-axis guide rail.
