Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an ultrasonic vibration-assisted water-assisted laser processing system and method. The system comprises a laser generating mechanism, a jet flow generating mechanism, a water-assisted laser coupling mechanism, a machining workbench and an ultrasonic vibration mechanism. The laser generating mechanism is used for emitting laser; the jet flow generating mechanism is used for generating high-pressure water beams; the laser generating mechanism and the jet flow generating mechanism are connected to the water-assisted laser coupling mechanism, the water-assisted laser coupling mechanism is used for coupling laser and the high-pressure water beam to form a water-assisted laser composite energy beam, and the water-assisted laser composite energy beam acts on a workpiece to machine the workpiece; the ultrasonic vibration mechanism is arranged on the machining workbench and used for generating ultrasonic waves, the ultrasonic waves act on the workpiece, and accumulated water in a machining groo
