The invention relates to a heart valve repair device and a delivery device thereof. An implantable device or implant is configured to be positioned within a native heart valve to allow the native heart valve to create a more efficient seal. The implantable device or implant may include a paddle frame that is adjustable in width. A coupling may be configured to allow a width of the paddle frame to be adjusted and to set or fix the width of the paddle frame.
