METHOD FOR COUPLING AN AUTHENTICATION TOOL TO A VEHICLE

The invention relates to a method for coupling an authentication tool, in particular to a vehicle, in which the authentication tool (12) communicates with a control device (32), in particular of a vehicle (10), in order to obtain authorization, in which the authentication tool (12) is authenticated if the authentication tool (12) uses at least one piece of authentication information (50, 52, 56). In particular a password (50) and/or a verification (52) and/or auxiliary information (56) are confirmed to be authorizable for the controller (32), at least one coupling is provided, the authentication information (50, 52, 56) can be generated by a server (36) or a rear end (34), in particular for the first coupling, and the authentication information (50, 52, 56) can be generated by the server (36) or the rear end (34). In particular the first coupling is initiated by an operating unit (30), in particular arranged in the vehicle (10), at least the authentication information (50, 52, 56) is preferably sent to the au
