Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a call management method and system, computer equipment and a storage medium. The call management method comprises the following steps: receiving a call request of a terminal, wherein the call request comprises an identification code of a management unit; selecting a management unit corresponding to the identification code, and selecting a target management unit meeting a condition from the management unit; and communicating the target management machine with the call link of the terminal. Therefore, the calling of the management machine to the user can be flexibly allocated, the user can be effectively served in time, and the satisfaction of the user is improved.
