The invention provides a capacitor equivalent circuit modeling method, and the method comprises the steps: adding the impedance functions of a resistor-capacitor network, a resistor-inductor network and a resistor-inductor-capacitor parallel resonance network which contain undetermined coefficients to form a capacitor impedance function; respectively presetting initial values of the to-be-determined coefficients based on self parameters of the capacitor and impedance test data; performing fitting processing on the capacitor impedance function and the impedance test data; according to the range of the fitting error, the initial value of the undetermined coefficient is adjusted when necessary until the fitting error meets an end condition, and the coefficient of the impedance function is determined; and selecting a target resistance-capacitance network and a target resistance-inductance network from the candidate network type set, and generating a capacitor equivalent circuit model by using the coefficient of t
