The DMA data transmission module, the data sending control module, the radio frequency data receiving and transmitting conversion module, the data preprocessing module and the data receiving and buffering module are integrated in the single RFSoC chip, and integration of radio frequency signal receiving and transmitting, echo signal preprocessing and data transmission functions is achieved, so that the device is simple in structure, easy to miniaturize and high in reliability.
