Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a novel coronavirus antigen detection method based on copper metal organic framework nano enzyme laccase, a material and application, and the method mainly comprises the following steps: incubating a novel coronavirus N protein antibody, a bovine serum albumin solution, a novel coronavirus antigen solution and an Ab2 biological probe in sequence by using a 96-well plate, and detecting 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidine-1-one by using the biological probe. The ELISA biological immunosensor for detecting the novel coronavirus is prepared through a catalytic chromogenic reaction of 2, 4-dichlorophenol and 4-aminoantipyrine. The biosensor has the advantages of simple equipment, no need of professional operation, low cost, high sensitivity, visual detection, wide detection range, low detection limit and the like. The method has important scientific significance and clinical application value for detection of novel coronavirus.
