Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a mechanical test device for a rubber and plastic material in a high-temperature environment, which is based on an optical extensometer which is positioned inside a shell and is provided with a plurality of image acquisition components and a control host positioned outside the shell, under the condition that non-contact measurement is achieved and the safety of testers is guaranteed, high-precision measurement of the scale distance in a sample thermal extension test within a large view field can be achieved, meanwhile, the defect that a traditional measuring instrument cannot measure a sample for a long time is overcome, full-time measurement in the test process can be achieved, a scale distance time-displacement curve is obtained, and the measurement accuracy is improved. An accurate and favorable basis is provided for scientifically evaluating the high-temperature performance of the sample.
