The method comprises the following steps: filling a sealed pipe body with water through a water pump; heating and pressurizing the water in the pipe body until the water temperature and the water pressure reach preset test temperature and pressure; the micrometer monitors deformation data of the pipe body in real time and transmits the deformation data to the computer.
