Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-thermal-conductivity composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-thermal-conductivity composite material comprises a reticular metal layer and an indium whisker layer grown on the surface of the reticular metal layer in situ. The indium whiskers grow on the surface of the net-shaped metal layer in situ, the net-shaped metal layer has high thermal conductivity, the metal indium is low in melting point and good in ductility, the indium whiskers are more easily attached to the heat production element compared with indium crystal grains, and the indium whiskers growing on the surface of the net-shaped metal layer in situ can increase the contact area between the heat conduction material and the heat production element; therefore, the heat production element can effectively dissipate heat, and the problem of heating caused by insufficient heat dissipation efficiency of the heat production element is effectively solved.
