Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a porous anti-attrition coating with high surface smoothness. The porous anti-attrition coating comprises an aluminum bronze porous layer in contact with a matrix and a compact layer in contact with the porous layer, the compact layer is formed by grinding the surface of the aluminum bronze porous layer, and the surface roughness of the compact layer is less than Ra 0.8 mu m. According to the method, the aluminum bronze alloy on the surface layer is rapidly deformed to form a surface compact layer through two-step grinding and proper coarse grinding parameters by utilizing the excellent ductility of the aluminum bronze, then the surface smoothness is improved through accurate grinding so as to reduce the friction resistance, and meanwhile, the aluminum bronze alloy has relatively high surface hardness which reaches more than 80HR15Y; according to the method, pores in the coating are reserved, so that the coating can store lubricating oil after a compact layer is damaged while keeping re |
