Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a segmented smelting method for a high-rich multi-metal material. Putting the low-grade lead ore, the multi-metal lead ore, the coal, the regenerated material, the flux and the soot into a cylinder granulator, adding water, and granulating to obtain a ball material; the pellets enter an oxidation furnace for oxidation smelting, and high-concentration SO2 flue gas, oxidation furnace soot, liquid-state high-lead slag and first-section deposited lead are produced through an oxidation smelting reaction; and the obtained liquid-state high-lead slag flows into a reduction furnace to be subjected to a reduction smelting reaction, second-stage lead deposition is achieved by controlling the temperature of a molten pool, the slag type and the coal-oxygen ratio, and liquid-state zinc-containing reducing slag and soot are produced.
