Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of chromium-free nonmetal tanning high-performance low-VOC (volatile organic compound) composite resin, which comprises the following steps: taking n-butyl acetate, adding methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, beta-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and acrylic acid, mixing, and adding n-butyl acetate, azodiisobutyronitrile, n-butyl acetate and tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving titanium nitrate, vanadium nitrate, zirconium nitrate, naphthalene-containing carboxylic acid and the like in N, N-dimethylformamide, cooling, adding N, N-dimethylformamide, and filtering; and mixing the high-performance filler, the polyhydroxy acrylic prepolymer, the polyurethane resin and the like to prepare the high-performance low-VOC composite resin.
