Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel lightweight high-strength polyurethane electronic packaging material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of electronic packaging materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a silane coupling agent with unsaturated vegetable oil, and adding a catalyst for reaction to obtain modified unsaturated vegetable oil; (2) adding hollow glass beads into the modified unsaturated vegetable oil prepared in the step (1), dispersing, and heating for reaction to obtain modified glass beads; (3) adding organic montmorillonite and talcum powder into the modified glass beads obtained in the step (2), and mixing to obtain a composite filler; and (4) adding isocyanate resin into the composite filler, stirring for reaction, pouring into a mold, and curing to obtain the polyurethane electronic packaging material.
