Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fireproof light graphene polymer material for aerospace, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 60 to 80 parts of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), 2 to 5 parts of modified graphene, 30 to 38 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 6 to 8 parts of aluminum sulfate, 5 to 7 parts of phenyl aluminum hypophosphite, 5 to 8 parts of water glass, 0.5 to 1 part of vinyl tri (beta-methoxyethoxy) silane and 7 to 9 parts of basic aluminum magnesium carbonate. Meanwhile, the invention discloses a preparation method and application of the fireproof light graphene polymer material for aerospace. The fireproof cable can form a synergistic fireproof effect when encountering fire, is excellent in flame retardant property, has an obvious lightweight effect, and can be widely applied to aerospace wires and cables.
