Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 1, 5-naphthalene diisocyanate by a water phase salifying process. Comprising the following steps: S1, by taking 1, 5-naphthylenediamine and hydrochloric acid or hydrogen chloride as raw materials and water as a solvent, reacting to generate a 1, 5-naphthylenediamine hydrochloride two-phase material; s2, centrifuging the two-phase material, drying a centrifugal solid wet basis, and synthesizing 1, 5-naphthalene diisocyanate; centrifuged mother liquor is reused for synthesis of 1, 5-naphthylenediamine hydrochloride. According to the process, the original method for synthesizing 1, 5-naphthylenediamine hydrochloride by adopting an organic solvent in a salifying method is changed, unreacted naphthylenediamine is prevented from being wrapped by hydrochloride, and a relatively high salifying conversion rate can be realized.
