The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: S100, providing a base material layer; s300, the base material layer is cleaned, and the surface of the base material layer is dried; s500, spraying a first nano hydrophilic coating on the surface of the base material layer, and curing the first nano hydrophilic coating; s700, spraying a second nano hydrophilic coating on the surface of the base material layer, and curing the second nano hydrophilic coating; and S900, performing film coating treatment on the surface of the base material layer to form an oily material layer.
