Online monitoring and adjusting system for welding quality of electric smelting pipe fitting

The invention discloses an online monitoring and adjusting system for the welding quality of an electrofusion pipe fitting. The online monitoring and adjusting system comprises an electrofusion welding machine, an electrofusion sleeve, a binding post, a pipe fitting to be welded, an infrared CCD camera, an ultrasonic phased array probe and a controller. The binding post is installed on the electric melting sleeve, and the electric melting welding machine is connected with the binding post. A pipe fitting to be welded is mounted in the electric smelting sleeve; the infrared CCD camera is opposite to the electric heating wire on the horizontal plane such as the electric melting sleeve; the ultrasonic phased array probe clings to the outer wall of the electric smelting sleeve; and the infrared CCD camera and the ultrasonic phased array probe are respectively in communication connection with the controller. The monitoring and adjusting process comprises the following steps that the CCD camera and the ultrasonic p
