The method comprises the following steps: step 1) pretreatment of molten iron; (2) smelting in a converter; (3) refining in an LF furnace; and 4) pouring molten steel. Argon is blown in before pouring is started, the air content of an inner cavity of a first furnace of a continuous casting tundish is reduced in a targeted mode, oxygen increasing of molten steel in the continuous casting process can be effectively improved, the number of TiOx-Al2O3 inclusions in the molten steel is reduced, the liquid level stability of a crystallizer is improved, the surface longitudinal crack occurrence rate and the subsurface slag inclusion occurrence rate of a plate blank are reduced, and smooth production is guaranteed. 本发明涉及一种含钛搪瓷钢的浇注方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤1)铁水预处理;步骤2)转炉冶炼;步骤3)LF炉精炼;步骤4)钢水浇注。在开始浇注前吹入氩气,有针对性地降低连铸中间包首炉内腔的空气含量,能够有效地改善连铸过程钢水增氧,减少钢水中TiOx-Al2O3夹杂物的数量,结晶器液面稳定性,降低板坯表面纵裂发生率和皮下夹渣发生率,保证生产顺行。
