The rolling method comprises the following steps: smelting and refining molten iron; the molten steel is subjected to slab continuous casting and heated; the heated steel plate blank is divided into a head part, a middle part and a tail part which are sequentially subjected to hot continuous rolling, the head part and the tail part are coiled at a first temperature based on a first set hot rolling coiling temperature range, the middle part is coiled at a second temperature based on a second set hot rolling coiling temperature range, and the first temperature is higher than the second temperature; and carrying out cold continuous rolling on the strip steel coil subjected to hot continuous rolling.
