A three-component mixture enters a divided wall rectifying tower to be separated, tower top steam is condensed into a full liquid phase through a condenser, condensed liquid is shunted through a separation tank, one part of liquid is pressurized through a reflux pump and then flows back to the tower top, and light component products are extracted from the other part of liquid; one part of the tower kettle liquid phase enters a reboiler to be heated and vaporized and then flows back to the tower kettle, and heavy-component products are extracted from the other part of the tower kettle liquid phase; extracting an intermediate component product from a side line; the tower top pressure is controlled by a corresponding tower top condenser thermal load, and the pressure controller is in reverse control; the liquid level of the reflux tank and the liquid level of the liquid tank are respectively controlled by adjusting the tower to
