Dividing the video image into a plurality of image sub-regions, wherein each image sub-region comprises motion information; obtaining the filtering intensity of the video image, performing smooth filtering on the motion information of each image sub-region based on the filtering intensity, determining a motion correction matrix of each image sub-region according to a filtering result, and if it is detected that any image sub-region does not conform to a constraint condition after motion correction based on the corresponding motion correction matrix, determining that the motion correction matrix does not conform to the constraint condition. If not, the filtering intensity is updated, and the motion correction matrix is determined again, so that each image sub-region meets the constraint condition after motion correction; and performing motion correction on the video image based on t
