Proteins having lysophospholipase and/or phospholipase activity

The invention provides a protein with lysophospholipase and/or phospholipase activity. Compared with a sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 12, the amino acid sequence of the protein has at least one of the following mutations: L86I, G187D, E209K and A245D. The protein provided by the invention not only can be used as phospholipase and/or lysophospholipase, but also can be used for application which simultaneously needs phospholipase and lysophospholipase, for example, the protein can be applied to preparation of L-alpha-glycerophosphorylcholine. 本发明提供了一种具有溶血磷脂酶和/或磷脂酶活力的蛋白。所述蛋白的氨基酸序列与SEQ ID NO：12所示序列相比存在以下突变中的至少1个：L86I，G187D，E209K和A245D。本发明的蛋白不仅可以作为磷脂酶和/或溶血磷脂酶，而且，还可以用于同时需要磷脂酶和溶血磷脂酶的应用，例如，可以应用于L-α-甘油磷酸胆碱的制备。
