Composite material for preparing test tube cover and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to the field of composite materials, and particularly discloses a composite material for preparing a test tube cover and a preparation method of the composite material. The composite material for preparing the test tube cover is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), an antioxidant, POE (Polyformaldehyde), a lubricating agent, a passivating agent, a metallocene catalyst, 1, 2-epoxy-5-cyclooctene, hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine and 1-phenyl-1-trimethylsiloxy ethylene. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the modified master batch: uniformly mixing the POE, the passivator, the metallocene catalyst, the 1, 2-epoxy-5-cyclooctene, the hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine and the 1-phenyl-1-trimethylsiloxy ethylene; preparing a composite master batch: adding HDPE and other components, and continuing kneading; and extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
