Hydrodemetallization catalyst and preparation method and recycling thereof

The invention discloses a hydrodemetallization catalyst and a preparation method and recycling thereof. The preparation method of the hydrodemetallization catalyst comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out neutralization reaction on an acidic aluminum salt solution and an alkaline aluminum salt solution; (2) carrying out aging reaction on the slurry obtained in the step (1), and carrying out post-treatment to obtain pseudo-boehmite; (3) mixing and kneading the pseudo-boehmite obtained in the step (2) and an auxiliary agent, molding, drying, and carrying out first roasting to obtain an alumina carrier; (4) impregnating the alumina carrier obtained in the step (3) with a supported crystallization agent, drying, and then carrying out second roasting in a water vapor atmosphere to prepare a crystallized carrier; and (5) impregnating the crystallized carrier obtained in the step (4) with a solution containing active metal components to obtain the hydrodemetallization catalyst.
