The research finds that cerebral cortex epilepsy-like discharge induced by 4-AP is related to increase of ZIP1, the increase of ZIP1 can cause reduction of membrane protein expression of GluA2, and knock-down of ZIP1 can inhibit reduction of 4-AP induced GluA2 membrane expression.
