The probiotics are lactobacillus paracasei SMN-LBK of which the preservation number is CCTCC (China Center For Type Culture Collection) No.M2017429. The lactobacillus paracasei SMN-LBK is found to be capable of inhibiting food-borne pathogenic bacteria including staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli, can be used for developing common food, can be used as healthy food for daily prevention of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli infection, and can promote intestinal health.
