Zusammenfassung: | A method of producing a flexible structure comprising a plurality of thin film layers of an elastic material and at least one layer of a micropleated conductive material, and a sensor device incorporating the flexible structure, such as a wireless LC sensor, is described. The method includes the step of creating a 2D pleated metallized polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layer having a negligible bending failure for angles up to 180 degrees, thereby achieving considerable flexibility.
