Zusammenfassung: | An ultrasound imaging system includes processor circuitry in communication with an ultrasound probe. The processor circuit receives ultrasound data representing an ultrasound beam imaging an anatomical structure from the ultrasound probe. The processor circuit determines a measured boundary of the anatomical structure based on the ultrasound data. The measured boundary includes a plurality of locations. The processor circuit determines correction vectors corresponding to the plurality of positions of the measured boundary. The amplitude of the corresponding correction vector is based on the depth of the corresponding position relative to the ultrasonic probe; and/or an orientation of the measured boundary relative to the ultrasound beam at the corresponding location. The processor circuit applies the correction vector to a position of the measured boundary to determine a corrected boundary.
