Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a double-layer coated silicon monoxide composite negative electrode material and a preparation method thereof. The silicon monoxide is of a multi-layer composite coating network cross-linked structure, the innermost layer is silicon monoxide SiOx, the middle layer is a silicon-doped titanium dioxide coating layer, and the outer layer is amorphous carbon formed by polymerizing and calcining organic monomers. In the whole composite material, the middle layer is tightly connected with the surface of the micron-sized silicon monoxide inner layer through a formed Si-O-Ti bond chemical skeleton, so that the interface resistance is effectively reduced, and the binding force between the coating layer and the silicon monoxide is increased.
