Zusammenfassung: | A preparation method of a nitrogen-doped MOF-derived nickel oxide/carbon tube-coated hollow carbon composite material for a supercapacitor comprises the following steps: on the premise of adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, mixing a nickel source with pyromellitic acid and 3, 5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acid for solvothermal reaction to prepare nitrogen-doped Ni-MOFs with a hollow structure; and calcining the product in a nitrogen atmosphere, and oxidizing the product through a low-concentration H2O2 oxidation process to obtain the product.
