The method comprises the following steps: extracting template images in a video stream by using a cooperative living body registration process to generate a candidate set of face template images; filtering images with data noisy points in the candidate set to obtain a filtered candidate image set; calculating and filtering a quality value corresponding to each image in the candidate image set by using a face quality deep network; and determining a final multi-template registration image according to the quality value. According to the method, firstly, images with data noise points in a candidate set are filtered to obtain a filtered candidate image set, then a face quality deep network is used to calculate a quality value corresponding to each image in the filtered candidate image set, and finally, the quality values are used to determine a multi-template
