Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a friction stir welding simulation analysis method and device and electronic device.The method comprises the steps that an actual temperature field of an aluminum alloy profile to be welded under preset friction stir welding process conditions is obtained; establishing a finite element model of the aluminum alloy profile, and setting tool loading conditions; determining a simulation temperature field of the finite element model under a tool loading condition; correcting the physical parameters under the condition that the simulated temperature field is inconsistent with the actual temperature field; and carrying out stress analysis on the finite element model under the corrected tool loading condition, and determining the mechanical property of the welded aluminum alloy profile.
