The invention discloses a steering engine control cloud platform. A servo subsystem comprises a steering engine holder used for controlling the rotation angle of a solar cell panel; the analog signal subsystem comprises four light sensors; the four light sensors are distributed in an orthogonal mode so as to collect the illumination intensity of the solar cell panel in different directions, and the illumination intensity is fed back to the single-chip microcomputer through analog signals so that the single-chip microcomputer can drive the steering engine holder. The space-time scheduling subsystem comprises a time module and a GPS module; the GPS module is used for acquiring longitude and latitude information of the steering engine holder in real time, so that the single chip microcomputer obtains angle information of the solar cell panel according to the longitude and latitude info
