Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for detecting the content of pentachlorophenol in milk powder, which comprises the following steps: taking milk powder as a research object, adopting an alkaline aqueous solution and acetonitrile as extraction agents, extracting under a water bath heating ultrasonic condition, regulating the pH value of the extracting solution, enriching and purifying by using a filler unterminated C18 solid-phase extraction column, blow-drying the eluent by nitrogen, and concentrating to obtain the pentachlorophenol content in the milk powder. And after the acidified methanol-water solution is redissolved, LC/MS-IT-TOF is used for detection. The method is simple to operate, high in recovery rate, strong in matrix interference resistance, accurate and reliable in time-of-flight mass spectrometry high-resolution qualitative identification, and suitable for accurate qualitative identification and quantitative determination of trace pentachlorophenol in various milk powder matrixes.
