Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of determination of 6-amino-1, 3-dimethyluracil medical intermediates, and particularly relates to a method for rapidly determining the concentration of 6-amino-1, 3-dimethyluracil through differential scanning calorimetry. The method for rapidly determining the concentration of 6-amino-1, 3-dimethyluracil by the differential scanning calorimetry comprises the following steps: preparing standard solutions with different contents by adopting a 6-amino-1, 3-dimethyluracil standard sample; respectively measuring the melting points T0 of the standard solutions by using a differential scanning calorimetry method at normal temperature; fitting the standard curve to obtain a standard straight line; correcting a fitting standard curve; a corrected standard curve is obtained; and detecting the sample to be detected.
